摘 要:用数值模拟方法来模拟高炉风口的流场和温度场。结果表明:当进口水压为1.3 MPa时,全偏心式125加长贯流式风口的最高温度只有402.3 K;含1.0%Sn的铜风口的最高温度为443.7 K;水垢厚度越大,最高温度就越高,并且增加幅度越来越大。当水垢厚度为0.4 mm时,其最高温度超过风口的许用温度。水垢对风口最高温度的影响比杂质大得多,我们要着重通过改善水质来提高风口的寿命。Numerical simulation method is used for simulating the flow field and temperature field of blast furnace. The result shows, when the inlet water pressure is 1.3MPa, the highest temperature of the full eccentric Ф125 extended cross flow blast gate is 402.3K; the highest temperature of the copper blast gate with 1.0% Sn is 443.7K; the thicker the water scale is, the higher the highest temperature will be, and the bigger increment will be. When the thickness of water scale is 0.4mm, the highest temperature exceeds the allowable temperature of the blast gate. The influence of the water scale on the highest temperature of the blast gate is much bigger than that of impurities, consequently, we should focus on improving water quality to extend the service life of the blast gate.
