他扎罗汀乳膏联合丹参酮胶囊治疗面部痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏联合丹参酮胶囊治疗轻、中度面部寻常痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用随机、单盲及平行对照的临床研究方法分组观察比较0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏联合丹参酮胶囊与单用0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏或单用丹参酮胶囊治疗面部痤疮的疗效和安全性。结果0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏联合丹参酮胶囊、单用0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏及单用丹参酮胶囊后8周的有效率分别为91.3%、61.9%及55.0%,0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏联合丹参酮胶囊疗效显著优于其它两组(P<0.05)。各组间不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏联合丹参酮胶囊治疗轻、中度面部寻常痤疮疗效好,不良反应少,有很好的耐受性。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of the therapy of 0.1% tazarotene cream combined with tanshinone capsules on mild or moderate facial ache. Methods Patients were divided into 3 groups,the 0.1% tazarotene cream combined with tanshinone capsule goup, the 0.1% tazarotene cream group and tanshinone capsule group by a single-blind randomized controlled method. The curative effect and safety of the therapy of 0.1% tazamtene cream combined with tanshinone capsules, the 0.1% tazarotene cream topically used singly and the tanshinone capsules used singly in facial acne were observed and compared. Results The effective rates of trial group and the other two control groups were 91.3%, 61.9% and 55.0% respectively eight weeks later. Better results were obtained in the trial group（P〈0.05）than the other two control groups. There were no statistical differences of side effects among the treatment group and the control groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of 0.1% tazarotene cream combined with tanshinone capsules on mild or moderate facial ache is effective,safe and well tolerated.
