摘 要:目的了解大气铅污染与交警铅水平及健康状况的关系,为提高交通警察健康水平、降低铅污染提出对策。方法选取警龄在一年以上,无其它职业性铅接触史,在主要交通岗一线执勤、年龄小于50岁的交通警察为实验组,检测其血铅、尿铅含量,并对吸烟、饮酒等一般状况作问卷调查,选取远离交通要道的某大专学校学生为对照组,对影响交警血铅水平的因素进行了单因素相关分析,并进行了危险因素Logidtic回归。结果通过对120名交通警察血铅、尿铅水平铅检测,其血铅水平为94.84±26.2μg/L(x±s);尿铅水平为6.12±3.50μg/L(x±s);且血铅、尿铅水平明显高于对照组,P<0.001;经分析交警血铅水平与年龄、警龄、尿铅、执勤时间呈正相关关系(P<0.001,P<0.05)与血红蛋白呈负相关(P<0.001)。结论交通警察这一特殊职业群体受大气污染是严重的,应引起政府有关部门的高度重视,采取综合防治措施,提高健康水平。Objective To survey the atmospheric pollution with lead and the health of the traffic policemen. Methods Traffic police below 50 years old and working at the main traffic posts for more than one year and no contact history of lead vocationally were selected as the experimental group, undergraduate in a college far from key access path as the control group. The content of lead in blood and urine were detected. Results The average lead levels in blood and urine in traffic police were 94.84±26.2μg/L(-↑x±s)and 6.12±3.50μg/L(-↑x+s)rospectively,which were significantly higher than those of the controls (P〈0.001). In urivariate analysis indicated that ,blood lead level showed a positive correlation with age ,working age, urine lead level and the time outdoor-on-duty (P〈0.001 ,P〈0.05),and a negtive with concentration of hemoglobin (P〈 0.001). Conclusion The effect of atmospheric pollution on traffic policemen is serious and preventive measures be taken to protect the health of the traffic policemen.
