摘　　要：介绍国电北仑电厂6号机组超超临界直流锅炉投产前的化学清洗。该清洗工艺采用先碱洗后EDTA清洗的流程,清洗范围主要为省煤器、水冷壁、启动分离器、贮水箱及过热器减温水管路等其他辅助回路。The practice about preproduction chemical cleaning of the ultra supercritical once - through boiler of unit 6 in Guodian Beilun Power Plant is introduced in this paper. The chemical cleaning which covers the economizer, water - cooled walls, start - up separator, storage tank, spray water pipes of superheater attemperator and some auxiliary cycle components is operated by alkaline firstly, then followed by ammoniated EDTA.
