摘  要:在构建区域农村饮水安全评价指标体系的基础上,将熵权法与综合评价法相结合进行了云南省农村饮水安全的定量化评价。结果表明:该方法能够有效避免评价过程中人为主观因素的干扰,在客观确定各评价指标权重的基础上,指出目前云南省农村饮水安全所处的状态,在一定程度上丰富和发展了农村饮水安全研究手段和方法,为区域农村饮水安全保障体系的建设提供了新的决策依据。Based on constructing evaluation index system for the security of combined the entropy weight method with the synthetical evaluation method, the quantitative evaluation was carried out for the securlty of the rural drinking water in Yunnan Province. Results indicated that this method effectively avoided the interference of subjective factors in the evaluation process and pointed out the current state of rural drinking water security in Yunnan Province based on objectively confirming the evaluation indexes weight, developed the means and method for researching regional rural drinking water security and provided new decision basis for constructing regional rural drinking water insurance system .
