摘　　要：构建农村地区社会治安防控体系,维护农村地区社会稳定,既是构建社会主义和谐社会和社会主义新农村建设的要求,也是目前我国公安机关面临的重大课题之一。而农村地区社会治安防控体系的理论基础和构建原则,是构建农村地区社会治安防控体系的理论指针,对农村地区社会治安防控体系的建立有重要的指导作用。Constructing social poblic security prevention and control system in rural area and maintaining rural stability, major tasks our public security organs faces, are the requirements of constructing harmonious socialist society and building a new socialist countryside. The theoretical foundation and constructing principle of the social public security prevention and control system in rural area are guidelines, which has significant function of directing that system in rural area.
