摘　　要：来自华尔街的金融危机正在席卷全球,软件外包也深受影响。雄踞全球离岸外包第一把交椅的印度外包业已经开始急刹车。尚属起步阶段的中国软件外包服务也面临着前所未有的挑战,同时,中国软件外包服务也有其自己的优势,如政府的大力扶持,低廉的劳动力成本,对日外包的优势,等等。本文深入分析金融危机对印度软件外包的影响,结合中国软件外包的现状,对于中国软件外包如何在金融危机中发展,给出了建设性的意见。The financial crisis starting from Wall Street is involving the world, so does software outsourcing. As the No. 1 in offshoring industry India is falling the increasing rate. Chinese software outsourcing, which is at the initial stage of the development, is confronted with a great challenge as well. On the Other hand, Chinese soft- ware outsourcing also has its own advantages, such as powerful support of the government, low labor force cost, competitive advantages of software outsourcing for Japan, and so on. In this essay, I will further analyze how the financial crisis affects Indian software outsourcing industry, and then propose some constructive suggestions for the development of Chinese software outsourcing industry against financial crisis according to the situation.
