摘　　要：CD4^＋CD28^-T细胞是一个具有特殊生物学效应的T细胞亚群，可在某些免疫性疾病中出现。这类特殊的细胞亚群在缺乏CD28分子的情况下，不仅存在异常的细胞免疫功能，而且具有自身反应性及大量扩增和抗凋亡的特征。研究表明，糖尿病的发生、发展与CD4^＋CD28^-T细胞功能、数目的变化及其与调节性T细胞的比例失衡有关，研究其生物学特性及功能对探讨糖尿病及其并发症的免疫病理机制、指导临床治疗提供了理论依据。CD4^＋CD28^-T cells are an unusual subset of T lymphocytes. The frequency of CD4^＋CD28^-T cells are significantly higher in some immune diseases.CD4^＋CD28^-T cells which were lacking of surface CD28 play exceptionally roles in immune dysfunction, exhibit autoreactivity and are resistant to apoptosis. The changes in amounts ,function, and proportion disequilibrium between regulation T cells and CD4^＋CD28^-T cells are correlated with the pathogenesis and development of diabetes mellitus. To investigate the biological characteristics and function of CD4^＋CD28^-T cells can provide theoretical basis in the immunopathogenesis,clinical treatment of diabetes mellitus and its complications.
