摘　　要：刑法中的严格责任是指无需证明被告人主观罪过即可处罚的一种犯罪归责原则,从英美刑法中适用已有百年历史。但关于严格责任犯罪的规定是否合理、公正的问题,刑法学界始终存在着多种不同的观点。文章拟通过对英美刑法中严格责任含义的介绍,对严格责任犯罪的范围、意义等问题进行简单的论述,阐述了在我国刑法中对部分犯罪规定相对严格责任是很有必要的。Strict liability in criminal law refers that we can punish the criminals without proving their subjective offenses, which has been used in Anglo -American criminal law for a hundred years. There are always different ideas on whether it is reasonable and fair in criminal law fields. Through the introduction of strict liability＇s definition in Anglo -American criminal law, this article discusses briefly the scope and meaning of the crime, and expresses the necessity of regulating it in criminal law.
