摘　　要：针对高校既有建筑使用、管理以及维修工作中的具体问题,结合自身的高校管理工作经验,论述了建筑物生命周期内管理维护工作的重要性,并提出了一些具体的措施。According to the situation of the using, management and repair of building in the university, combining with the working experience, the importance of the building management during the life-cycle was discussed, and some particular methods were put forward.
