摘  要:乙醇、丙酮和异丙醇等水溶性小分子有机溶剂在盐的作用下能够形成双水相体系用于目标物质的萃取,基于此提出了异丙醇-硫酸铵双水相萃取、荧光法测定微量维生素B6的新方法.课题研究了盐和有机溶剂用量、萃取时间和酸度对测定结果的影响.研究发现,异丙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系对维生素B6的一次性萃取率可达93.4%,最佳条件下,检出限为6.7×10-9g/mL.与传统的液-液萃取和固相萃取相比,本方法具有简便、萃取率高、干扰小、低毒等显著特点.Small molecular water-miscible organic solvent, such as ethanol, acetone- and isopropyl alcohol, can be used to form aqueous two-phase system for extraction(ATPE) of analysts in the presence of salts. A fluorimetry determination of trace VB6 coupled with ATPE of isopropyl alcohol-ammonium sulfate was developed. Various factors including the amount of salts and organic solvents, extraction time and pH were studied. The experimental results show that the extraction efficiency of VB6 in the isopropyl alcoholammonium sulfate system was 93.4%. The system gave linear dynamic ranges of 1.2×10^-8 - 3.9×10^7g/mL, with detection limit of 6.7×10^-9 g/mL. Compared with conventional liquid-liquid extraction or solid-phase extraction, these methods have outstanding advantages such as simple operation, high extraction efficiency, little interference with analyses and low toxicity.
