摘 要:酒精滥用与成瘾在我国已经是一个日趋严重的社会和医学问题.然而,治疗酒精滥用与成瘾的药物非常有限,并且疗效欠佳.建立酒精成瘾治疗药物药理活性筛选和药效学评价技术平台具有十分重要的意义.前期研究工作显示:FH/wjd大鼠具有典型的嗜酒行为特征,GABA-B受体的别构调节位点可能是戒酒治疗药物新的作用靶点,胍丁胺具有一定的戒酒药理活性,而槟榔碱可以缩短酒精诱导小鼠的睡眠时间.本技术平台的建立为我国酒精中毒治疗药物的研发奠定了坚实的基础.Alcohol abuse and addiction is a growing social and medical issue in China. There is devoid of the effective drugs to treat alcohol addiction around the world, therefore it is very important that the study on technical Platform for screening pharmacological activities and evaluating efficacy of drugs to treat alcoholism. The previous studies have demonstrated that FH / wjd rats are of some typical behavioral properties to prefer drinking alcohol. Moreover, the positive allosteric regulatory sites of metabotropic GABA- B receptor may be one novel target to antagonize alcohol addictions. Agmatine has some pharmacological activity to detoxicate alcoholism and arecoline can reduce the duration of sleep induced by alcohol in mice. The technical platform can greatly promote the research and development of drugs to treat alcoholism in China.
