摘　　要：介绍了近场光学显微术的发展及扫描近场光学显微镜,展望近场光学技术的发展,探讨了近场光学显微术目前存在的一些问题和需要解决的问题.The development of near-field optical microscopy and the principles are described, and prospects the bright future of these new technologies. Progress, future prospects and problems remaining in this field are also discussed.
