摘　　要：目的和方法：探索环磷酰胺能否通过诱导细胞凋亡来减轻纤维化病变，观察环磷酰胺衍生物４－氢过氧环磷酰胺（４－ｈｙｄｒｏｐｅｒｏｘｙｃｙｃｌｏｐｈｏｓｐｈａｍｉｄｅ，４－ＨＣ）对狼疮性肾炎患者肾间质成纤维细胞凋亡的影响。结果：４－ＨＣ可明显促进其凋亡。结论：这为临床应用环磷酰胺治疗狼疮性肾炎，减轻肾间质纤维化，以迟缓肾功能恶化，提供新的实验证据。AIM and METHOD:To detect whether cyclophosphamide would induce apoptosis of renal fibroblasts derived from kidneys with lupus nephritis, the cell cultures were intervented by 4-hydroperoxycyclophosphamide(4-HC). RESULTS: 4-HC promoted the apoptosis of renal fibroblasts in vitro. The effect was dose-dependent. CONCLUSION: Cyclophosphamidc might be effective in patients with renal interstitial fibrosis through inducing apoptosis of fibroblasts,and this may be one of its mechanisms of treating lupus nephritis..
