摘　　要：本文提出了扩充三级模式支持多介质数据库的方法,其核心是把概念模式分为三个描述层:基本描述层、构造描述层和应用描述层,并用嵌套关系定义、操纵以及生成基于多介质数据的复杂对象。A method to support multimedia database by expanding three-level schema is proposed in this paper. The key is to divide conceptual schema into three description layers (?) e description layers for basis, construction and application), and to define, manipulate and generate complex objects based on multimedia data by nested relation
