摘　　要：在福建省沿海与内陆地区经济发展不均衡的背景下,探讨广大经济落后的内陆地区利用"飞地工业"模式进行经济建设的可行性和有利时机,以期为福建内陆地区的经济建设和发展提供新的思路和方法。Against the background of the unbalanced development of economy between the coastal are- as and the landlocked ones within Fujian Province, this paper probes the feasibility of applying the economic development mode of ＂Fei-di Industry＇to the backward landlocked areas and utilizing the advantageous opportunity, with a view to providing a new approach and method in the economic construction and development in Fujian landlocked areas.
