摘  要:采用熔融共混法制备了可分散性纳米SiO2/尼龙1010复合材料.通过X射线衍射和差示扫描量热法对尼龙1010及其复合材料的结晶行为进行了研究.结果表明,SiO2的加入作为结晶的异相成核点,使复合材料的结晶温度升高,熔融温度降低,使其结晶度稍有降低;SiO2的加入并没有改变尼龙1010的结晶形态,只是使尼龙1010的晶格尺寸发生了一定程度的改变.Dispersible nano-silica/nylon1010 composites were prepared by using a twin-screw extruder. The crystallization behavior of nylon1010 and the nanocompsites were characterized by using X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry. The results showed that the dispersible nano-SiO2 played the role of heterogeneous nucleating agent and increased the crystallization temperature of nylon 1010, decreased the melting temperature of nylon 1010. With the addition of nano-SiO2, the crystallinity of composites decreased in a small degree. At the same time, the lattice size of nylon 1010 was changed, but the crystal form was not influenced.
