摘　　要：以私人价值模型为基础,提出包括歧视性拍卖(DA)、同一价格拍卖(UPA)、同步升价拍卖(SAA)三种拍卖形式下的车牌拍卖数学模型;通过对模型的求解与比较,分析2008年1月发生的上海车牌拍卖调整,并讨论拍卖形式变化对最低成交价格的影响;从模型角度,预测未来车牌拍卖的调整方向以及可能的调整结果。Based on private value bid model, three particular models are proposed for different auction methods, include Discriminate Auction （DA）, Uniform Price Auction （UPA）, and Simultaneously Ascending Auction （SAA）, to describe vehicle license auction which is proceeding in Shanghai for years. According to solving and comparing the models, the late reform of Shanghai vehicle license auction and its impact to the lowest transaction price. In addition, the possible is analyzed which happened in Jan 2008, innovations of this auction is predicted in the future, and their possible results.
