摘　　要：工作流是全部或者部分由计算机支持或自动处理的业务过程。为了实现工作流管理的功能,必须将业务过程从现实世界中抽象出来,用形式化的方法对其进行描述,这一工作的结果就是工作流模型。本文主要讨论基于活动网络图的工作流模型,基于对现实世界业务工程的抽象和分析,提出一个四维工作流模型,它包含四个子模型:组织模型、数据流模型、过程模型和资源模型,并从不同角度描述了该模型的各种属性。文中论述了各子模型之间的相互关系,给出了四维工作流模型的形式化描述。Workflow is the automation of a business process in whole or part . To achieve the function of workflow management, the business process must be abstracted from the real world and described by a kind of formal method. The result is workflow model . This paper mainly discusses workflow models based-on Activity-NetWork-Based diagram. Based on the analysis of business processes in the real world , this paper proposes a four-dimensional workflow model including four sub-models , i.e. ,organization model, data model, process model and resource model, each of which describes some attributes of workflows from different perspectives, These sub-models and their relationships are addressed in detail in this paper. Furthermore , the formal description for the four-dimensional workflow model proposed is also presented.
