摘　　要：网络层的可用带宽直接反映了端到端路径的基本状况,是对网络进行性能管理和服务质量控制的基础。本文首先总结了现有可用带宽测量的模型与方法,对各种算法的性能与适用性进行了分析和实验比较。接着针对以往测量工具的不足,提出了一种新的网络测量工具Showneck。最后通过实验对Showneck的性能进行考察,并与其他可用带宽测量工具进行了综合比较分析。In network layer available bandwidth captures the relevant properties of network path, which is baseline of performance management and QoS control. This paper concludes the present models and approaches of bandwidth measurement and compares performance and applicability between them. Furthermore, a new network measurement tool Showneck is presented. Finally, we test the performance of Showneck to compare with other tools.
