“清脂汤”加绞股蓝总甙片与必降脂治疗高脂血症的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的：探讨“清脂汤”加绞股蓝总甙片治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法：在７０例高脂血症患者中，以必降脂治疗３０例为对照组，“清脂汤”加绞股蓝总甙片治疗４０例为治疗组。结果：治疗组总有效率为９５％，对照组为７０％，２组总有效率比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。治疗组降低总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的疗效均优于对照组（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。结论：绞股蓝总甙片加“清脂汤”治疗高脂血症疗效优于必降脂。Objective:To research the clinical effect of “qing zhi” decoction combined use of gynostemma pentaphyll in treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods:Seventy cases of hyperlipidemia were divided randomly into treatment group(n=40) and control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with “qing zhi” decoction add to gynostemma pentaphyll,while the control group was treated with “bi jiang zhi”.Results:The total effective rates were 95% and 70% in treatment group and control group respectively,there was an obvious difference between 2 groups (P<005).On the other hand,the decrease of triglyceride and low density lipoproteincholesterol,and increase of high density lipoproteincholesterol in treatment group were superior to control group (all P<001).Conclusions:The therapeutic efficacy of gynostemma pentaphyll combined use of “qing zhi” decoction treating hyperlipidemia is superior to treatment with “bi jiang zhi”.
