中药“冰黄液”直肠滴注在救治脑出血急性期的作用

摘　　要：目的：为了解决中药救治脑出血急性期口服给药困难而需及时救治患者的问题。方法：采用中药制剂“冰黄液”直肠滴注给药，并配合西药静滴治疗脑出血急性期患者２１例（治疗组），与常规西药治疗的２０例（对照组）患者进行比较。结果：治疗组患者的意识障碍（２组改善时间平均为２８小时和３２小时）、语言障碍及血压等改善较对照组为优。结论：中药“冰黄液”直肠滴注操作简便，制剂可据证加减，抢救患者迅速、方便、显效，为发挥中药抢救脑出血患者提供了一种新方法、新剂型。Objective:To resolve the problem on administration of traditional Chinese drug per os in treatment of exacerbation of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Twentyone cases of cerebral hemorrhage exacerbation were treated with “bing huang” liquor (冰黄液) through intrarectum drip combined use of western medicine and compared to 20 cases treated with conventional western drug.Results:“Bing huang” liquor treating cerebral hemorrhage could improve the consciousness disability (mean time 28 hours in treatment group and 32 hours in control group),talk inability and blood pressure abnormality.It was superior to control group.Conclusions:The traditional drug “bing huang”liquor intrarectal drip is possessed some characteristic,such as rapid in action,simple and obvious effect etc.It can provide a new scheme and new pharmacy of traditional Chinese drug treating cerebral hemorrhage.
