降粘胶囊治疗高粘滞血症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察降粘胶囊治疗高粘滞血症的疗效。方法：高粘滞血症患者３９４例随机分为治疗组１９８例和对照组１９６例。将口服降粘胶囊治疗组和口服茶色素胶囊对照组作比较。结果：治疗组治疗后血液流变学指标较治疗前明显改善（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）。治疗组总有效率为９４．９％，对照组为８５．２％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；治疗组治疗后总胆固醇、甘油三酯和血糖较治疗前明显下降（Ｐ均＜０．０１），高密度脂蛋白则明显上升（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：降粘胶囊具有降低血脂、血糖、血液粘稠度及改善微循环、防止动脉硬化等作用，是预防和治疗高粘滞血症的有效药物。Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of “jiang nian” capsule on treating blood hyperviscosity.Methods:Three hundred and ninetyfour cases of hyperviscosity were divided randomly into treatment group (n=198),which was treated with “jiang nian” capsule and compared to control group (n=196),which was treated with “tea pigment” capsule.Results:After treatment,the hemorrheology indexes were obviously improved in treatment group (P<005～001).The total effective rates were 949% and 85.2% in treatment group and control group respectively.It has an obvious difference between 2 groups(P<005).In the treatment group,the total cholesterol,triglycerides and blood sugar were decreased,and high density lipoprotein was increased obviously after treatment (all P<0001).Conclusions:“Jiang nian” capsule possesses actions of decreasing serum lipid,blood sugar and blood viscosity,improving microcirculation,preventing arteriosclerosis etc.It is an effective drug for treating blood hyperviscosity.
