摘　　要：济钢第三炼钢厂引进VAI(奥钢联)的板坯连铸机中.通过PLC和VVVF实现对20台拉矫电机的控制,不仅保证了产品的质量,而且确保了电机的寿命。采用PLC和变频器之间的PROF I BUS通讯技术、以及变频器的矢量控制技术。The slab casting machine introduced by No.3 Steel_making plant of JiGang group company from VAI, adopts PLC and VVVF control technology to realize the control for 20 withdrawing drive motors. It ensure not only the quality of products but also motor＇s life. It adopts PROFIBUS communication technology between PLC and converter and vector control technology in converter.
