摘　　要：基于电容脉冲放电对磁性材料进行快速磁化,PLC和HMI控制并集充磁和磁通检测为一体的高效充磁机。给出了系统控制的硬件设计电路和PLC控制软件,经运行证明设备运行高效、可靠、抗强干扰等优点。a magnetic material is magnetized by the capacitive discharge fast, PLC and HMI control and collect sufficient magnetic flux detection and efficient as one of the magnetizing machine. The system is given control of the hardware design circuit and PLC control software, the operation of that equipment running efficient, reliable, strong anti-interference, and other advantages.
