摘　　要：以烧结机机尾电改袋式除尘器为例,对其内部气流分布板与滤袋进行合理简化,采用CFD软件,通过建立计算模型、划分网格、定义边界条件、解算控制、计算求解及结果处理等步骤,得出滤袋迎面气流速度大小和每个滤袋单元处理风量。根据模拟结果调整气流分布装置结构参数及灰斗挡风板布置形式,使通过除尘器的气流流动顺畅、平缓,降低除尘器箱体气流流通阻力,并使各滤袋单元处理流量基本一致,最后给出优化气流分布方案,为电改袋式除尘器合理布置气流分布装置提供设计依据。This paper numerically studies the internal air distribution in the ETB of sintering machine tail with a reasonable simplification of plate and filter bag structures of the ETB and with the use of CFD software. According to the simulation results, the structural parameters of air distribution devices as well as the ash bucket wind board layout form are adjusted, to ensure a smooth and gentle air flow through the precipitator, reduce the air flow resistance of the precipitator box, and allow about the same volume of air from different bags. Finally an optimization of air distribution program is given for a reasonable layout design.
