摘  要:螺栓球节点并不是理想的铰接节点,它具有一定的转动刚度,是介于铰接和刚接之间的一种半刚性节点。通过螺栓球节点的试验和在ANSYS中的数值模拟研究,分别得到螺栓球节点试验和数值模拟的弯矩-转角曲线,两种分析方法所得的弯矩-转角曲线吻合较好,表明所提出的数值模拟方法是模拟螺栓球节点受力性能的一种正确有效的方法。在此基础上,利用数值模拟所得的常用螺栓球节点的弯曲刚度,并考虑节点弯曲刚度、节点扭转刚度、跨度和矢跨比、节点域、荷载形式、杆件截面类型、支承条件、初始缺陷等参数对网壳极限承载力的影响,对K8型螺栓球节点的单层球面网壳进行了弹塑性全过程分析,较为全面地掌握了螺栓球节点单层球面网壳的稳定性能。The bolt-ball joint system with partial bend-bearing capacity is a typical semi-rigid joint system between rigid-joint and pin-joint systems. To obtain the bending stiffness curves of bolt-ball joints, both experimental study and numerical simulation were carried out. The good agreement between simulation and experimental results indicates that numerical simulation is an accurate and effective way to evaluate the mechanical properties of a bolt-ball joint system. Based on the bending stiffness curves obtained from the numerical simulation, considering the geometric non-linearity and material non-linearity, K8 single-layer reticulated domes with bolt-ball joint joints were analyzed using several different parameters, including bending-stiffness, ratio of rise to span, rotation-stiffness, ball size, asymmetric load distribution, tube section, support condition and initial imperfection, and the stability characteristics of the domes with bolt-ball joints were obtained.
