摘　　要：左房容积反映左室充盈压、心房结构重塑及神经激素的活动。国外研究表明,左房容积扩大是预测慢性心力衰竭不良预后的一个强有力的标志。现回顾近年来相关临床研究的结果,分析左房容积指数与慢性舒张性心力衰竭、收缩性心力衰竭、冠心病及心房颤动患者的不良预后的相关性。Left atrial volume reflects left ventricular filling pressure, atrial structural remodeling and neurohormonal activities. Previous studies show that left atrial enlargement is a powerful marker of poor prognosis in patients with chronic heart failure. This article reviews related evidence of this from recent randomized trials in order to check the relationship between left atrial volume index and the poor prognosis of cardiac diseases, such as chronic diastolic dysfunction, systolic dysfunction, coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation.
