摘　　要：血管平滑肌细胞是构成血管壁的重要组成成分,其凋亡参与了动脉粥样硬化及再狭窄的发生发展,现就最近研究对血管平滑肌细胞凋亡诱导因素、相关基因、及其在动脉粥样硬化发生发展作用作一综述。Vascular smooth muscle cells （VSMC） are primary cellular components of the blood vessel wall. VSMC apoptosis is involved in atherosclerosis and restenosis. This article reviews recent progress in VSMC apoptosis research from the aspect of its motivation gene and the role in atheroselerosis and its development.
