摘 要:心房颤动是临床上最常见的快速性心律失常,随年龄的增大,心房颤动的发病率急剧增加。目前治疗心房颤动的手段主要为应用抗心律失常药物转复为窦性心律或用药物控制心室率同时抗凝治疗,但治疗效果不是很理想。随着心血管介入诊疗水平的提高及新技术的使用,当前以肺静脉电隔离术为主要术式的心房颤动射频消融术正成为很有前景的治愈心房颤动的最佳手段。现就肺静脉电隔离术后左房结构和功能变化的研究进展进行综述。Atrial fibrillation is the most common rapid arrhythmia encountered in clinical practice. With the population's increasing age, the incidences of atrial fibrillation have increased dramatically. Currently, the main means of treatment for atrial fibrillation are anti-arrhythmia drugs conversion to sinus rhythm or ventricular rate control drugs used anticoagulant therapy at the same time, but these treatments are not very satisfactory. By raising the level of intervention and through the use of new technologies in cardiovascular clinics, the isolation of the pulmonary vein as the main method of radiofrequency catheter ablation treatment of atrial fibrillation is promising. In this article we summarize the left atrial structure and function, and the changes in research development after pulmonary vein electricity isolation.
