摘　　要：本文作者从公共图书馆管理者的角度,结合所在馆的发展和改革实践,回顾了改革开放三十年来,公共图书馆所取得的巨大成就,进一步阐述了新时期如何认真贯彻落实科学发展观,全面开展图书馆工作的若干建议和思考。On the basis of the practice in Baoji library and from the perspective of a library official, the author reviews the great achievements public libraries have made in the 30 years since the Reform and Opening-up Policy. Then he presents some suggestions and ideas of how to carry out the Scientific Outlook on Development to improve the library work.
