摘　　要：开关量信号采样是工业过程控制领域一种常见的数据采集技术,但是开关量采集的抖动问题一直困扰着这一领域的工程技术人员和项目开发人员。基于Philips LPC2138 ARM微控制器设计了一块16通道开关量信号采集模板,并提出了一种快速的去抖动算法,对该模板软硬件的设计原理与实现方法进行了介绍。Switch signal acquisition is a familiar technology used in industry process control field, but the flutter of switch signal acquisition has puzzled the engineer and developer engaged in this field all along. This paper designs a 16-channel switch signal acquisition board for an embedded SCADA system based on Philips LPC2138 ARM microcontroller, and prompts a quick flutter-free method, and introduces the design principle and implementation of the hardware and software of this board.
