热毒净对鼻咽癌细胞株CNE2抑制作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察热毒净对表达EB病毒抗原的CNE2细胞致瘤的影响及其细胞毒作用。方法:用MTT法测定热毒净对CNE2细胞的细胞毒作用,抑瘤实验检测热毒净对CNE2细胞致瘤的影响。结果:MTT法显示在低浓度下,热毒净对体外培养的CNE2细胞生长没有明显的抑制作用,但在高浓度下,对细胞生长有抑制作用。热毒净在无细胞毒的浓度下,能抑制CNE2细胞在SCID小鼠体内所致肿瘤的生长。浓度越高,热毒净对肿瘤生长的影响越明显。结论:热毒净能抑制CNE2细胞在SCID小鼠体内的致瘤作用。Objective： To study the impact antigen. Methods： Cytotoxicity and carcinogenesis and cytotoxicity of Redujing on CNE2 cells which express EB virus of CNE2 when Redujing presented were determined by MTY assay and antitumor assay respectively. Results： MTT test shows that high concentration Redujing can inhibits CNE2 cell＇s growth in vitro. In the absence of cytotoxieity, Redujing can inhibit the growth of solid tumor eaused by CNE2 cell and the inhibition effect will be more obviously when a higher eoncentration of Redujing appears. Conclusion： Redujing can inhibit the carcinogenesis of CNE2 cells in SCID mice.
