摘  要:目的:观察雷米普利对犬急性心肌梗死的保护作用。方法:结扎犬冠状动脉左前降支6h,建立实验性急性心肌梗死模型,将犬随机分为假手术组、梗死模型组、维拉帕米(10mg/kg)组及雷米普利0.5、1、2mg/kg组。测定犬24个点心外膜心电图(EECG),计算心肌梗死面积(MIS),测定血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:雷米普利能明显降低实验性心肌梗死犬的心肌缺血程度(Σ-ST)和缺血范围(Σ-ST),缩小MIS,降低血清CK、LDH及AST活性,亦能明显降低血清MDA含量,提高SOD及GSH-Px活性。结论:雷米普利对犬实验性心肌缺血具有明显的保护作用,可能与其提高内源性抗氧化酶活性,减轻氧自由基的损伤有关。Objective To observe the protective effects of Ramipril on acute myocardial infarction in dogs. Method The model of acute myocardial infarction was produced by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery for 6 hours in dogs. Dogs were divided into six groups, including sham operation group, infarct model group, verapamil (10mg/kg) proup and ramipril 0.5, 1, and 2mg/kg groups. The epicardial -electrocardiogram, myocardial infarct size (MIS), the activities of creatine phosphokinase (CK), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH -Px) and the content of malondialchehyche (MDA) in serum were determined. Results The myocardial ischemic extent, myocardial ischemic area and MIS were significantly reduced, the activities of CK, AST, LDH and the content of MDA in serum were declined, while the activities of SOD, GSH - Px in serum were increased markedly. Conclusion The results we observed suggest that Ramipril has protective effects on experimental myocardial ischemia in dogs, which may be related to increasing the activity of antioxidiase, and eliminating the free radicals.
