摘　　要：目的探索一种快速、实用的检测脑脊液蛋白质的方法。方法用尿液分析仪对脑脊液蛋白质进行分析,并用生化分析仪进行微量总蛋白检测,通过对比两种仪器检测结果的符合程度,评价尿液分析仪用于脑脊液蛋白质检测的可行性。结果两种方法分析蛋白质符合率达90%以上。结论尿液分析仪可用于脑脊液蛋白质定性或半定量分析,(++)以上为有临床意义。Objective To establish a rapid, practical method of detecting protein in cerebrospinal fluid. Methods The urine analyzer was applied to measuring the protein level of cerebrospinal fluid samples, while the biochemical analyzer was employed to measure the trace total protein. The coincidence rate of two instruments was compared to assess the feasibility of cerebrospinal fluid protein detection with the urine analyzer. Results The coincidence rate of two instruments was beyond 90% Conclusion Urine analyzer can be used to perform qualitative or semiquantitative analysis, and the results of （＋＋） or above are of a certain clinical value.
