利多卡因联合布比卡因表面麻醉进行晶状体超声乳化术的观察

摘　　要：目的观察利多卡因联合布比卡因表面麻醉进行晶状体超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的情况,同时与奥布卡因表面麻醉剂比较,分析他们的相似性。方法我们分别运用利多卡因联合布比卡因麻醉剂,以及奥布卡因麻醉剂在表面麻醉下进行晶状体超声乳化术各100眼,比较二者的安全性、有效性。并观察两组患者术中情绪、眼位固定情况、眼球不自主运动、痛觉、以及麻醉持续时间。结果利多卡因联合布比卡因麻醉剂表面麻醉进行晶状体超声乳化术具有良好的麻醉作用。结论在进行晶状体超声乳化术中,应用利多卡因联合布比卡因麻醉剂作表面麻醉剂,具有良好的麻醉作用和安全性,与奥布卡因麻醉剂作用相似,而且经济。Objective Performance and Effect of phacoemulsification under topical anaesthesia by lidocaine combined with bupivacaine. This time we used oxybuprocainum for topical anesthesia. Their similarity were analysed. Methods We combined lidoeaine with bupivacaine and oxybuproeainum for topical anaesthesic performance, phacoemulsifieation per tissue （100 eyes ）. They are safe and effective. During medical procedure, patients were carefully observed and exhibited the following： Ocular fixation, eye ball moving, with paining and were given anaesthesia. Results Phacoemulsification under topical anaesthesia by lidocaine combined with bupivacaine is better. Conclusion Phacoemulsification under topical anaesthesia by lidocaine combined with bupivacaine is better when used in topical anaesthesis. It is similar for oxybuprocainum. It is safe and cheap.
