摘  要:选用58周龄罗曼蛋鸡300只,随机分为3组,分别饲喂有效磷水平为0.35%(对照)、0.25%和0.15%的玉米-豆粕型日粮,每组5次重复,探讨日粮磷水平对老龄蛋鸡甲状旁腺素(PTH)、降钙素(CT)、雌二醇(E2)、骨钙素(BGP)及骨密度(BMD)的影响。结果显示:各组间PTH、CT差异不显著(P>0.05);0.15%组E2、BMD极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);0.15%组BGP极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。表明随日粮磷水平降低老龄蛋鸡骨质疏松发病风险增加。日粮有效磷水平为0.35%有助于延缓老龄蛋鸡骨质流失,日粮有效磷含量低于0.15%时,则会显著升高BGP、降低E2水平,且骨质流失严重。An experiment was conducted on 300 Yangzhou old cage layers aged 58 weeks to study the effect of phosphorus level on parathyroid element (PTH), fall calcium element (CT), estradiol (E2 ), bone calcium element (BGP)and bone density (BMD). Layers were randomly divided into three groups, each group fed with corn-soybean based diet supplied with different levels of available phosphorus, 0. 35 % ,0. 25 % , and 0. 15 % , which were recognized as control ,0. 25 % treatment,and 0. 15% treatment,respectively. The difference of PTH and CT each group was not remarkable. E2 and BMD of 0. 15 % treatment were obviously lower than those of control group (P 〈 0. 01 ), while BGP of 0. 15 % treatment was remark- able higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The results indicated that osteoporosis morbidity of old layers was incresed along with the reduction of phosphorus level. The available phosphorug level of 0. 35% in the diet was helpful to postpone the sclerotin outflow of old cage layers. Available phosphorus content lower than 0. 15% conld elevate BGP and decrease the E2 level, resulting in the severe sclerotin outflow.
