摘　　要：利用大鼠生长抑素基因设计引物,对泌乳晚期SD大鼠的乳腺组织生长抑素基因进行RT-PCR检测,PCR产物与pMD-19T载体连接后转化JM109感受态细胞,筛选阳性克隆、测序。结果发现在泌乳晚期大鼠乳腺中有生长抑素基因的表达。To investigate the expression of somatostatin in the mammary gland of later lactating rats, total RNA was extracted from the mammary gland and mRNA sequence of somatostatin gene was amplified by RT-PCR with designed primers. The PCR products were ligated into the pMD-19T vector, and then transformed into competent cells of JM109. The recombinant plasmid was identified and the sequence was analyzed to detect the somatostatin in the mammary gland of later lactating Sprague-Dawley rats. Identity analysis showed that there was the expression of somatostatin in the mammary gland of later lactating rats.
