摘  要:采用正交设计L9(34),添加Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn 4种微量元素,配制成9种试验饲料喂养异育银鲫,进行为期60 d的试验。结果表明,试验组4的生长速度最快、饲料系数最好、鱼体体形良好,即在饲料中补充Fe 300.00mg/kg、Cu 4.00 mg/kg、Mn 60.00 mg/kg、Zn 150.00 mg/kg,此时相应的饲料中4种元素的总量为Fe 1218.65 mg/kg、Cu 21.41 mg/kg、Mn 127.17 mg/kg、Zn 192.50 mg/kg。极差分析结果表明:Zn元素对异育银鲫生长影响最大;在鱼体的形体指标上,Fe对鱼体的肥满度影响最大,而Cu和Zn对鱼体的脏体比、肝体比和性腺比影响较大。The inorganic trace element orthogonal trial was conducted using the orthogonal design of L9 (3^4 ). Allogynogenetic crucian carp were fed on nine kinds of diets supplemented with Fe, Cu, Mn and Zn for 60 d. The results showed that group 4 had the best weight gain and feed coefficient, while the body shape and physiological function were normal. This diet was supplemented with Fe 300 mg/kg, Cu 4 mg/kg,Mn 60 mg/kg,Zn 150 mg/kg, and contained totally Fe 1 218. 65 mg/kg,Cu 21.41 mg/kg,Mn 127. 17 mg/kg, Zn 192. 50 mg/kg. Zn had the largest effect on growth. On the body shape, Fe had the largest effect on relative fatness, Cu and Zn had large effect on Hepatopancreas ratio and viscera.
