摘 要:利用农杆菌介导法将抗真菌蛋白的葡聚糖酶(Glu)基因、几丁质酶(Chi)基因和萝卜抗真菌蛋白(Rs-AFP2)基因构建的三价表达载体(GCR)转化辣椒,经PCR、PCR-Southern blotting分子检测证实,外源基因已经整合到辣椒植株基因组DNA中。对辣椒离体子叶进行辣椒疫病病菌抗病性检测,证明转基因辣椒离体子叶对疫病有很强的抗性。The trivalent expression vectors containing chitinase ( Chi )/β-1,3- Glucanase (Glu) / rahpanussativus-antifungal protein (Rs-AFP2) genes were transferred into peppers through agrobacterium-mediated way. It was confirmed that these genes were integrated into the peppers genome by PCR and PCR-Southern blotting. Fungal growth of Phytophthora capsici Leonian was strongly inhibited on the leaf of transgenic pepper, which indicated the expression of resistance to phytophthora capsici in transgenic pepper.
