摘　　要：罗伯特·弗罗斯特的诗自然、质朴,充满了丰富多彩的意象。在诗人的意象世界中,丰富的季节意象在揭示主题、塑造形象等方面,时常起着画龙点睛的神奇作用,反映了作者作品的忧郁主题。本文以意象的建构功能为基础,对弗罗斯特季节诗歌中的忧郁主题进行了探讨。Robert Frost＇s poems, filled with colorful images, are characterized by its naturalness and explicitness. The images in his poetry play a very important role in theme building and character depicting. Among his various images, images of seasons are abundant and reflect the theme of darkness. Based on,the theory of theme building function of images, this essay tries to explore the theme of darkness in Frost＇s poetry.
