摘 要:叶酸又称蝶酰谷氨酸,是一种维生素B族类的抗贫血药,尤适用于孕妇和婴儿红细胞性贫血。目前,测定叶酸的方法多为荧光法、高效液相色谱法、紫外分光光度法、电化学法、原子光谱法等。化学发光法测定叶酸的文献也曾有报道,它们分别采用的是鲁米诺体系和高锰酸钾体系,但这些方法的检出限比较高。A new flow-injection chemiluminescence method was developed for the determination of folic acid, based on the strong sensitization effect of folic acid on the ohemiluminescence(CL) reaction of Ce ( Ⅳ )-Na2 SO3 in acidic medium. Under the optimum conditions,the linear relationship between the chemiluminescence intensity and the concentration of folic acid was over the range of 2.2 ×10^-6g ·L^-1 - 2.2 ×10^-4g ·L^-1 , and the detection limit was 1.7 ×10^-6g ·L^-1. Precision of the method was tested at the concentration level of 2.2 ×10^-4g ·L^-1 and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.3% (n = 11 ). The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of folic acid in tablets. This method is accurate, sensitive and simple.
