摘 要:Injecting air catalytic oxide production process,which has various production mechanism,is an innovative,efficient,and lower cost technology of enhance heavy oil recovery.So it is more and more concerned by people.Using the copper naphthenic as the catalyst,this paper focuses on evaluation of catalytic conditions for SZ36-1 heavy oil.When catalyst dosage is 0.2(w)%,reaction temperature is 100℃,air pressure is 2MPa and reaction time is 3d,oxygen dosage of tail gas was reduced from 21.0% to 10.0% and acid number of heavy oil was raised from 3.96mgKOH/g to 13.50mgKOH/g and viscosity was raised from 2.004Pa·S to 11.48Pa·S.When oxidized oil was added 1.2(w)% SW-1 additive and 40(w)% water,stirring was operated under constant temperature,O/W emulsified oil was generated,and viscosity was finally reduced to 0.067Pa·S and the total ratio of reduced viscosity was 96.66%.Injecting air catalytic oxide production process, which has various production mechanism, is an innovative, efficient, and lower cost technology of enhance heavy oil recovery.
