摘　　要：创业者意外出局,是国美沉沦的发端,还是进行自我救赎,完成一场成人礼的开始?Since Huang Guang yu,founder of Gome Electronic Appliances was arrested and investigated due to economical crime on November 27 2008,this largest home appliance retailer has got into unprecedented trust crisis. Rumors like tight cash flow and short supply hit Gome over and over again, which obviously indicates that Gome are in a tough time. Within 100 days after the scandal, Gome has experienced a crisis management practice.An internal brochure about crisis management works effectively.There are lots of crisis management cases listed in the brochure including Zhang Wenzhong event from Wumart,SARS and financial crisis. These valuable practices offered Gome crucial nutrition to deal with the current crisis.Gome claims that they have done the right things at each stage:to build up crisis management committee;reporting the process to stake-holders;to ameliorate the relationship with suppliers;to hire Ernst & Young for financial audit so as to convince the market;to search financing outside;to acquire Sanlian Commercial Company;to complete the sizable expansion;to launch the outlet transmission strategy.'All these are delivering a sound message of current operation in Gome.'He Yang qing,Vice President of Gome group concluded.
