Ⅱ型糖尿病患者中TC/HDL与其它脂质代谢指标比较的初步研究

摘　　要：以非参数统计检验方法，在467例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者中分组观察TC／HDIL在伴有大血管病变、不同BMI值、不同空腹血糖水平等情况下的变化，并与其它脂质代谢指标比较。显示TC／HDL的H值或ｕ值明显地高于单项TCC或JDL以及其它单项血脂代谢指标，并且更易反映出各组间的差异。提示TC／HDL是Ⅱ型糖尿病患者脂代谢紊乱程度较敏感指标，与大血管病变合并症有一定关联。By nonparametric statistical analysis, the changes of TC/HDL in the presence of macrovas-cular complications, and in different BMI subgroups and different fasting plasma glucose levels of 467 patients with type-Ⅱ diabetes were obsevred. TC/HDL value was further compared with other lipid metabol-ic parameters. The H or ｕ value of TC/HDL was significantly higher than that of TC、HDL alone or othersingle parameter of lipid metabolism. Moreover, the differences of H or ｕvalues among these groups orsubgroups were easily observed. The results suggests that TC/HDL is a comparatively sensitive indicatorfor lipid metabolic disorder, and might be associated with macrovascular complications in type-Ⅱ diabetics.
