摘　　要：燃油税的开征是国家节能战略的一项重大举措,燃油税的实施影响到整个汽车产业环节。本文通过经济学的基本理论和有关数据首先分析了燃油税改革对消费者选车及用车时的利益影响;进一步分析了燃油税改革在汽车消费结构转变、节约燃油及推动新能源汽车开发等方面的重要作用。The introduction of fuel tax is a national strategy on energy saving, the implementation of fuel tax influences the entire automotive industry segments. Through the basic theory of economics and related data, the paper analyzes the beneficial effects of consumers＇ choosing and using cars for the fuel tax reform. And then it further analyzes the important roles of the fuel tax reform in changes of automotive consumption structure, in saving fuel and promoting the development of new energy automobiles.
