摘　　要：中枢白细胞介素1β在慢性应激所致的神经损伤过程中发挥重要的作用，但其作用机制还不明确。本文主要就近年来的研究现状，分别从神经前体细胞、一氧化氮、脑源性神经营养因子和糖皮质激素等的活动途径，阐述中枢白细胞介素1β在慢性应激所致神经损伤的可能机制。The brain lnterleukin-1β（IL-β）plays an important role in the nerve injury caused by chron- ic stress, but its＇s mechanism still remain unclear. This paper will expound the possible mechanism of the central interleukin-1β in chronic stress-induced nerve injury, respectively from the channels of the neural precursor cells, nitric oxide, brain-derived neurotrophic factor and glucocorticoid activities in recent studies.
