摘　　要：人类疾病动物模型是研究疾病发生机制、确定治疗方案及药物研究的重要载体，在人类医学发展史中占有十分重要的地位。基因工程动物模型作为21世纪人类研究疾病的理想动物模型，在生命科学的各个领域得到了广泛重视和研究。本文就转基因动物模型和基因剔除动物模型在医学和药学方面的应用研究予以综述。The animal model of human disease is very important in investigating the occuring mechanism of human disease and the establishment of treatment method and drug research. Genetic engineering animal model is an ideal animal model for research of human disease in 21 st century, it is widely used in many fields of life science research. This article reviews the study and application of two genetic engineering animal models（ i. e. transgenic animal model and knockout animal model ） in medical and pharmacy.
