摘　　要：血友病是指一组因遗传性凝血活酶生成障碍所引起的出血性疾病，包括血友病A、血友病B、遗传性FⅪ缺乏症及血管性疾病。血友病患者因具有特殊的基础情况，需要进行特殊的围手术期处理，包括术前诊断、药物、血液制品、麻醉和手术处理等，才能尽可能避免并发症，保证患者的手术安全。本文就血友病患者围手术期处理的最新进展予以综述。Hemophilia is a kind of heredity bleeding disease with disorder of thmmbin production,including hemophilia A, hemophilia B, heredity FⅪ-penia and van Willebrand disease. The hemophilia surgical patient need special pefioperative care, including preoperative diagnosis, drag, blood products, anesthesia, operation, to avoid complication, achieve the safety of operation and decrease complication. This article reviews the last progress of the perioperative care in the hemophilia surgical patient
