摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症(EM)对子宫内膜容受性影响的可能机制。方法:收集EM组(20例)和对照组(10例)窗口期子宫内膜,采用免疫组化法测定c-fos蛋白、整合素β3表达,并进行比较和相关性分析。结果:c-fos蛋白在EM组和对照组的平均灰度值分别为117.98士12.85、136.04士17.86(P<0.05);整合素β3在两组的平均灰度值分别为141.63士13.27、110.78士12.88(P<0.05),c-fos蛋白与整合素β3表达无相关性,r=-0.345,P>0.05。结论:EM患者窗口期在位子宫内膜c-fos蛋白表达增高,整合素β3表达明显降低,可能降低子宫内膜容受性,影响胚胎着床。Objective： To explore the mechanisms of the effect of endometriosis on humam endometrium receptivity. Methods： The expression of c - fos protein and integrin - β3 in 20 cases of endometriosis during implantation window and 10 cases of normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemical method and compared. Results： The mean gray scale of c - fos protein in eutopic endometrium during implantation window in endometriosis and in normal endometrium were 117.98 ± 12. 85 and 136. 04 ± 17.86 （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , respectively. The mean gray scale of integrin - β3 in eutopic endometrium during implantation window in endometriosis and in normal endometrium were 141.63 ± 13.27 and 110. 78± 12. 88 （P 〈 0. 05 ） , respectively. The expression of c -fos protein and integrin - β3 had no corelation （T = - 0. 345, P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusion： The high expression of c - fos protein and low expression integrin - β3 in eutopic endometrium during implantation window in endometriosis may decrease the human endometrium receptivity and interfer the implantation of blastocyst.
